Jennifer (the front desk Manager) was excellent in handling my check-in to find an available room during a very crowded time.  Additionally, she helped coordinate reservation cancellation at another hotel in the area.  She was very easy to relate to and enjoyable to work with.  Her attitude definitely keeps customers happy and returning to Marriott.
