I just wanted to thank the Community Manager on this site for being diligent in noting disappointments I had during a recent stay at a Marriott property. The issues I had posted here were forwarded to the property and dealt with fairly and efficiently. Something I really appreciate.
I have found this site to be a valuable resource when I travel, but the attention I just received in addressing my concerns is a real extra plus! It shows that Marriott does care about customer loyalty.
