Headed back to The City of Light... Looking to get some intel on where we may experience some memorable dining. Looking to avoid pretentious. Flowers and food foam incorporated into a presentation are not a requirement for us. We aren’t necessarily looking for Michelin stars either. We are simply interested in traditional, delicious French cuisine made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, using traditional French culinary techniques. Off the beaten path locales with menus only in French (if such a thing exists in Paris) work for us as well. I’m dreaming of a good beurre blanc, au poivre and sauce bordelaise... Délicieux !
Also interested in cooking classes. Thanks!
