How do you review a property after a stay? I cannot find any sort of link. For that matter, how do contact customer support? I'm Lifetime Titanium and Ambassador status and I find that I cannot get a hold of anyone promptly.
For starters you can write a review and post it to this Marriott Insider's Hotel Review Master List here on Insiders, it is very helpful for fellow Insiders to have available to them. Although by doing so will not get it to the hotel website review list it is still very helpful.
As for the surveys we infrequently receive from a specific property after a stay, that is a completely random survey from a company contracted by Marriott. I as many other Insiders it annoying that we have so few opportunities to get the survey and then of those limited options even fewer actually make it to the hotel website in their review list.
I can count on one hand the number of times I have received a survey. On the other hand (lol) I did notice that if you respond to that pop-up question, after you first check in, asking how your stay is going it will, more-often-than-not, ask if you’re interested in taking the survey. After a long day of business travel it is hit-or-miss as to whether I respond or not.
In my 16 years with Marriott I have never received any survey from Marriott after any of my stays. When I have received exceptional service I have contacted Marriott customer service line and asked for name and email of property GM so that I could send to them my thoughts and/or comments. Perhaps you could call CS and ask them for information so you can send GM your thoughts/comments?
I post my reviews on Trip Advisor; would certainly be welcome to sharing review with Marriott - but never have I been asked.
