Anybody else notice a downtick in hospitality since the Bonvoy roll out? In the last year there has been a palpable decrease in welcoming and hospitality across the Marriott properties I have visited. Rarely am I offered a bottle of water, in the past it was always offered. If I do mobile check in I am never upgraded. If I check in normally I have to request an upgrade...and I'm not talking to a suite, just a nicer room. Is it just my bad luck or is Marriott getting too big to adequately service loyal members???
