I had one night suite award night in my account (for 2020) that I haven't added to any upcoming reservations, but it recently disappeared. I called the Titanium line and I was told that this is routine maintenance and it will appear by the end of the month. Anyone else get this same line? Just doesn't seem accurate. If I had wanted to apply it to a reservation this week, they basically told me that SOL because they haven't added them back to our accounts.
