Does anyone have a surefire way of getting resorts to reply to requests sent thru Experiences and Customer Service e-mails.
The obvious route of phoning the resort direct is not really an option when one is based in the UK and enquiring of a US resort.
We've tried 3 times to talk with the Sheraton PGA resort in Port St Lucie, Florida with no success.
An e-mail address of Resorts Managers would be a good thing for members, perhaps not so good for the Managers!!
