Excellent Customer Service & Recognition

Tonight I received an excellent response and recognition from Heather at Four Points by Sheraton Saginaw. My outbound flight is delayed, which is going to cause me to miss my connection at DTW, which means I'll be checking in tomorrow morning, instead if at 11:30pm tonight.


I called the hotel to let them know, so that I could potentially not be charged for tonight. Heather let me know they already upgraded me to a suite, as per my request and that she would check me out for tonight, so that I would not be charged.


She will hold the suite for me and let me know that as Ambassador, I have the Your24 option and can check in any time in the morning. I'll probably be checking in around 10am as I will need the clothes from my checked baggage that I will not be able to retrieve tonight at DTW.


Yes I realize it's a 4 Points in Saginaw, MI in the middle of cold January, but kudos to Heather for her excellent customer service.
