Celebrate those who make business travel easier

I have been off on vacation with my family and worked from home while my wife was recovering from surgery, so I have not been frequenting the business hotel I normally do this time of year.  I received an email from the front desk a couple weeks back reminding me he would be happy to schedule any rooms for me in the New Year before it books.  The hotel is busy and frequently fills its weekday reservations early, and I just thought it was nice to think of me having to go elsewhere.  I hold my glass to those in the Marriott service who consistently go out of their way to put the guest first!
