Anthony at the Fairfield Inn in San Angelo, TX went above and beyond.  I had a work emergency and needed an early cancellation.  I don't ever ask for an exception to the 24 hour cancellation requirement, but this time I did.  I explained my situation and Anthony was sympathetic and waived it for me.  He even offered a late check out so I could finish working before I had to leave for work in another city.  This why I always choose the Fairfield Inn in San Angelo and why I will always be a SPG/Marriott (now Bonvoy) member.  Thanks again Anthony.  - Jared
