Lack of customer service or support

Today I am very disappointed in Marriott.  I have been Gold or higher until this year where I hit Platinum.  Now I booked a room for my disabled son and it's under my name . So today I go and check and they cancelled the reservation and said it's not going to count for my stays? I am paying and sent credit card authorization last week. So now that leaves me at 49 nights. I am fuming and now I am curious if they will even give him an accessible room? I am very disappointed in the customer service! I have spent hours coordinating this as he has a huge surgery 1st weekend Jan so this is a treat. I am not going to check him in so they told me it doesn't count?????
