I am constantly having to report missing stays. Four times in the past 8 weeks alone. I always book directly through the Bonvoy App and I get emails about my stay etc. Every time I call to complain all they say is sorry thank you for being a valued platinum elite member. I have sent emails asking what the problem is, is it me, the hotel, the system? Never an answer. I have to wait the required 10 days to report a missing stay (which by that time many forget), then once submitted it asks for an additional 10 days to post! Then I have to remember to check that I get the elite nights and points that I have rightfully earned.
I should not have to fight for my points/nights. All I want is what I am entitled to based upon my stays. So this morning, once again, I submitted my proof that I am missing 5 nights at a hotel. I have to do the leg work every time for them! I chose to go all in on Marriott in September and since then I have gone from Silver Elite to Platinum and by next week Titanium. I am so frustrated. Is there anyone I can reach out to that can actually do something about this continuing issue? Thanks for letting me vent. It's taking way too much of my time and research.
