Anyone knows that one of the key benefits for Ambassador is at the hotel's discretion despite the what listed below and no disclaimer that the Your24 is based on hotel's discretion. We are trying to check in at 1 pm instead of the regular 3 pm. Marriott's Alejandra Acosta curtly stated: "I would suggest that you take a look at Marriott's Terms and Conditions. It states that Your24 is based on availability."
Ms. Acosta's curt statement is not a typical qualifier but rather telling us that 1 pm request on a Thursday low season is something the Marriott's dedicated member won't pursue much on behalf of the loyal Ambassadors. And so, that's it.
I ask: Any loyal elite members have encountered problem with Your24?
- Any Ambassador had experience of having a dedicated member telling you in essence don't even ask. What's is the REAL difference between Ambassador and Titanium or other levels if everything is based on availability.
