I recently stayed 7 nights at a Courtyard in West Palm Beach and had a really bad experience. I did report the issues while I was on the property but the management was just not interested. 

As you all know, Marriott does not ask for feedback / reviews on most of your stays. How do I provide feedback? courtyard_west_palm_beach bad customer service horrible_management horrible_service
