I am writing to share my appreciation of the service I received from Miss P. Mi Jin at Fairfield, Seoul.
I wanted to get 2 concert tickets at the Seoul Art Center for the next day performance. I could NOT do online ticket purchase by myself because it's only for Korean residents.
It's a rainy day and an expensive 30 mins taxi ride to the box office. No way a normal person would like to go get the ticket in person. I understand it's a matter totally unrelated to hotel business but I tried to ask, and Miss P. Mi Jin just saved my day by helping me to buy the ticket through her own account !!
Amazing service attitude !! Not only saved my time, but also money for transportation back and forth!!! I would definitely call this "Spirit to Serve"!!! and this really set Marriott hotel above the rest!
Please keep up this Go-Getter attitude and I will definitely come back more !!
