Does anybody have a good manager contact at the Worthington Renaissance Hotel in Fort Worth? I have a reservation there this weekend and requested the Titanium member suite upgrade. Was told by reservations that the request would be confirmed 5 days before arrival. Were now 2 days before arrival and no response. They are not responding to the elite desk staff at reservations either. I've called the hotel directly on 3 different occasions with questions and asked to be transferred to a manager. Got voicemail each time and left nice messages - but nobody ever calls back. For one of the "premium" brands, this is pretty bad. Would appreciate any help.
