Nothing makes me happier than getting into our room early! Kimberly had to sift through several gift card ( e cards) to apply and did so without batting an eye, when ready to assign our room I mentioned it was much better from a room ending in a certain number and she replied... already have you assigned to that!! She was knowledgeable, fast and super efficient while being cheerful and friendly! What a joy at such a large , busy Marriott!
