Stayed in a Res Inn in Columbia, MO this weekend. Could not connect to upgraded Wifi. Hotel staff tried but couldn't help. The property tech support line - nobody answered (5 tries at different times). Bonvoy Cust Service no help.
Told to got to https://marriott.com/marriott/internet-access/upgrade.mi.

Anyone else having this issue?
