Credit Card spend is not being logged so I have not been elevated to Ambassador ... going on for months

I have been going back and forth with customer service about my annual spend on my credit card.  I actually hit the $20k spend in early February.  There were three charges but they are only recognizing one of the charges.  Due to this I have not yet been elevated to Ambassador Status.  I have called and emailed multiple times.  The Elite group says that it is a Chase Visa error and vice versa.  It is so frustrating because they have wasted most of my year of Ambassador.  Any suggestions about how to resolve this ... the year is coming to a close and I want to settle it prior to 2020.  Thanks.marriott rewards credit cardscustomer_non-servicelifetime titaniumambassador programresolving_issues
