I am unable to complete the sign up for Rewards Plus to receive the United Mileage Plus status match. I have tried 4 different browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) on two different computers (Macbook and iPad). I cleared the web browsing history and cache each time (in two cases it was the first time using the newly downloaded web browsers, so there was no history/cache). Every time I received the same error message: "Due to an API issue we were unable to check your MileagePlus status. (Err No: 1925-17)" I've used the https://fly-united.marriott.com site as well as the http://www.getrewardsplus.com/ site that then lands on the same page as the https://fly-united.marriott.com site. None of the customer service reps can do anything to help and was told that the case manager escalation process takes 3-5 days before I could expect a call back. Has anyone else experienced the same problem? How did you get it resolved? Thanks.
