I would like to most gratefully acknowledge Vincent from the Denver Magnolia Hotel for his commitment to taking care of customers.  When a UPS overnight envelope was not picked up from the hotel, he took it on his own time while on the way home to the UPS store for me to ensure it was started on its way to the recipient without further delay.  Thank you Vincent!
