JP Morgan Unveils Digital Concierge - Ritz Carlton Credit Card

Got an email this evening that JP Morgan has added a "new" benefit to the Ritz card. A "digital concierge." 


I've registered on the website and started messing around. Not really sure what this is for. You can "choose" a destination to get special info about it, however, it doesn't seem like anything too special. There is also a portal to make dining reservations, though, I'm not sure if there's anything special about reserving through their versus, OpenTable for instance. (you do get rewards on opentable though  ) 


This seems like it was a way of going after the amex platinum concierge, which I find to be the best since I can just start a chat from the amex app.
