Help to escalate!

I've had a terrible experience with customer service. While I've spent over 3 hours on the phone with customer service reps and supervisors and have a formal claim, the responses I've gotten are subpar. I am very close to being a Platinum member, yet, with this kind of service, I'm close to taking all of my business to Hilton. Does anyone know how I can escalate my issue? I'm out of options and don't see an escalation number for Bonvoy. Thanks
