Marriott Bonvoy app update problem

I have just updated the Marriott Bonvoy app to the latest version 9.13.1 and now the app is not opening at all on my iPad running ios9 despite working perfectly previously. The previous version is still working on my cellphone and I am reluctant to update in case the same problem occurs as with the iPad. Is anyone else having the same problem? Where is the best place to contact Marriott to report the problem? Thanks.
