Titanium Elite - United Mileage Plus Status

Hello,

 

I'm having an issue with the customer service, I received an email a while back that since I'm a Titanium Elite member I'd receive complimentary United MileagePlus® Premier® Silver status.

I followed the link and tried to register yet it didn't ask me for my United Mileage Plus account number, I keep then getting a message that I've already registered for this and I should wait 7 - 10 business days. This was back on September 10th. I tried again today, same message. 

Since then I reached out to Marriott's customer service but it doesn't seem like the agents understand my problem. I asked if they match using my email account but again no one got it. I sent them my United Mielageplus number but they didn't know what to do with it. I didn't hear back from them for more than 2 weeks.

I need help please, I don't really know what to do from here. All what I need is to get this Premier Silver Status for my United Mileageplus number. Thanks a lot!
