It's been like a year and this issue still isn't fixed. Receipts not being emailed after stays is bad enough. But then you can't even download them afterwards either. And when try to request the receipt they make you track down pretty much all of the details of the receipt before they will give you a receipt - and sometimes not even then.
This is way too much work for basic business traveler needs. How can Marriott possibly expect to be considered a top brand if they cant do basic stuff like this?
