As I sit in limbo while a "ticket" is in play somewhere..I have no ability to see my account activity... I just read about the flexible date search not working for Insider members from time to time.
Honestly, for a company, an industry leader, to have a website that is probably the worst in America, accounting practices (point shorting for just one), and general IT flubs out the gazoo. THIS IS AN EMBARRASSMENT.
Please, Arne, PAY someone, whatever it costs, to bring Marriott and it's technical team up to modern times.
