A difficult evening turned me into a customer for life. A long trip and an error on my part put me in the wrong hotel. I was unhappy and feeling hopeless thinking the resolution would not be what I wanted. I was completely wrong. Rena K. at the Springhill Suites, Las Vegas Convention Center saved the day. She was friendly and efficient, helpful and kind. Not only did she help, she went well beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Rena then went beyond all of that to take time and notice as I came through the lobby. I never passed by her that she didn't talk to me or ask what she could do. I am so glad this kind of customer service still exists. I was so impressed I became a BonVoy member and have already scheduled my next trip for the same hotel. I hope I run into Rena again. But, even if I don't I know I'll be in good hands with her folks in charge. Thank you!
