I stay now more than 2 months in Hurghada Marriott Beach Resort.
Why I didn’t get my 20% F&B discount as ambassador elite in Hurghada Marriott Beach Resort ?
When I asked about my benefits and my discount?
Hotel management told me that “ ask your ambassador assist or customer care to send us e-Mail about your benefits and your 20% F&B discount as ambassador elite!”
Kindly be informed that I get my 20% discount before in different Marriott resorts in different countries & also in egypt
Already 3 days I wasted my time for discussing subject about this discount and I can’t fully enjoy my stay in the resort and I’m so sorry to tell you but management of the hotel in Hurghada don’t know any policy of privilege system and I not going every time to spend my time for meetings and explaining international privilege system because it should be automatically without putting me in issue such that.
Am being disappointed not just because I didn’t get my benefits , also because They are not sure about ambassador elite benefits, i wasted my time without any concern.
I am so sorry to tell you I didn’t enjoy my time last 3 days .
what should I do ?
