Difficulty with Missing Stay

I had a recent stay at the Le Meriden Denver.  It has been nearly 20 days and I still have not yet been credited points for my stay.  This was with a corporate group.  The charges were master billed, but a coworker was able to call and get points added based on the room rate listed with the reservation.  I tried the same but was unable to get the same points credited.  Does anyone have input on how to get these awarded?  It was roughly 11k points, so worth getting!  Thank you!
