Mr. Santa Cruz, is employed by the Marriott property QNC Hotel located at 344 Camp Street in New Orleans, LA.  He works the front desk but that description minimizes his contributions and efforts he makes for his guests,  He unfortunately caught me in a terrible mood, frustrated with Marriott Corporate; they had given me the wrong directions, were rude and discourteous.  Mr. Santa Cruz greeted me with a huge smile and treated me in a polite and very professional manner.  He had no idea that I had experienced 45 minutes of hell on the phone with Marriott corporate.  This is my go to property as long as he is here.  He more than deserves a raise and promotion because he is the sole and only reason I will remain a Marriott Bonvoy member and continue my loyalty to the company.
