Who deals with Bonvoy fraud issues?

I got a helpful email from aployaltyprogramrisk@marriott.com alerting me to a fraudulent transaction (without logging into my Bonvoy account, no idea required at checkin, no notification to my email!) However, the link in the email points to a 404 page and when I called Customer Service no one had a clue what to do...Talked to the front desk of the hotel the thieves stayed at (Ritz Waikiki) but no idea about the process of getting my points back...all 9 people I've spoken to agree they should come back into my account but no one seems to know who owns Bonvoy fraud investigations...
