Does anyone else this problem. I have had to request missing points for my last two stays. For some reason in the system they are disappearing. I am titanium member who always books through Marriott.com
Yes, I am recently having the same issue. Checked out on Thursday (Fairfield Inn) and the points just posted today, but not the night Last weekend we were at a CY, and we are still waiting for those points/night to show in our account.
I have consistently had this issue at Autograph Collection hotels. Specifically, I have stayed at the Hi-Lo Autograph Collection Hotel in Portland, OR several times, and I have alway had to call Bonvoy to get the points posted to my account.
