Just returned from a visit to The Mayflower with family.  Booking two suites we had stayed her previously with family and looked forward to returning.  What a disappointment.  From extremely rude staff at check in, thank goodness for the delightful young woman at the next computer who took the time to welcome us and provide water.  Our second room was not ready so we all went into Edgar to grab a bite to eat.  Our waiter was very timely then we over hour for food.  No one in management made an effort to acknowledge the issue.  To top it off the front desk had failed to followup and notify us when our 2nd suite would be ready.  There is NO coffee available prior to 6:30 to 7:00 after being told all we had to do was contact the front desk.  If this is the service level of Autograph I will not be back.  Having been Platinum over 15 years I have had much better service at Fairfield Inn.  Yes I paid for the rooms and did not use points
