I want to thank both Jeanatte (Night Desk Manager) and Lothar (Shuttle Driver) at the Fairfield Inn Cheyenne WY Southwest/Downtown Area. The team went out of there way to ensure that I had a comfortable two week stay in July 2019. I under-booked my reservation by one day and the Fairfield was at full capacity for the night, leaving me without a place to stay for the night. Jeanatte was very helpful in calling other Marriott hotels in the area and was able to find alternate accommodation for me. Thank you, I look forward to staying here again!!
