Complaint Escalation

How do I escalate an issue to corporate?  I’m staying at the Residence Inn Orlando Convention Center and the WiFi keeps cutting in and out. When I called the front desk they said it’s been like that for two days and there’s no ETA for resolution. I’m going to be here for 8 nights and there’s no way I can work without stable WiFi.  If I had known this in advance, I would have booked a different hotel.
