A few weeks ago I made a mistake while booking a reservation which ended up causing me to lose a bunch of points. I decided to reach out to the community managers on this site to see if they may be able to help recover. I am thankful that with their help my account has been restored.
This site continues to be a great resource for managing points and reservations. It also seems to be a place where people like to complain. I could complain about the way the website functioned that caused me to lose my rewards but instead I am sending a Thanks to the Community Managers in assisting.
If you have received help from the Community Managers then please follow-up with a THANKS of your own.
