Is it true that Ritz-Carlton in Grand Cayman does not give anything such as breakfast to a guest who is Titanium level?
It is true. Non of the Ritz Carltons do. No Club Lounge either. If you are there, go about half a mile north on the inland side of the road across from the Weston is a dinner called Eats, which has good food at a reasonable price (it is the Cayman Islands)
The Westin on Cayman is just north of the Ritz Carlton and has the same beach as the Ritz, and you do get Titanium Elite benefit of breakfast at Ferdinand's buffet if you choose that over the 1,000 welcome points. The buffet is pretty good with cook to order Omelets and normal resort fare. The Westin also gives you $8 F&B certificates for each night stay since high-speed internet is part of the $65 resort fee. RC has $85 per day resort fee I believe.
