Extremely disappointed with my experience today with the Courtyard Houston Hobby and the first agent who created my case today.
I would like a refund because I was double charged. I booked my reservation yesterday for a one night stay for my family for Father's day. I was short point but purchased the needed points for $12.50.
When I checked in everything was fine, $20 was held for incidentals and that's all.
At check out $107 was charged from my card instead.
I would like my refund and some sort of compensation for being hung up on by the customer care agent hanging up on me. This is tying up my money and time and really surprising and disappointing from Marriott.
