I was recently charged a pet fee without consent, notification, or cause. I've spent several hours trying to resolve the issue to no avail. I'm astonished by the incapacity of Marriott International to help, and the hotel staff have been accusatory and unwilling to acknowledge their error. I would like to speak to the northwest regional manager to provide feedback and explain how frustrated I am to have been treated like a liar when I have never been anything other than a good guest to Marriott.
