I have had an absolute horrible stay at a Niagara Marriott property, how do I get my concerns heard and resolved, as the hotel has not been pleasant or respectful to deal with.
Well, the Hotel ids the first port of call... can you be more specific?
Voice your concerns here and various Insiders will let you know if your concerns are valid, or if you have some T&Cs (or other things) mixed up. If it is issues specific to the hotel (broken heat/AC, dirty room, etc), then definitely voice them here so you can get some direction.
