Accidentally made a non refundable reservation for a night at the Swan in Orlando. Realized the minute I hit confirm it was for a non refundable. Luckly I read the cancellation policy and it said i had a day. I went ahead and canceled and today found a charge for the day on my Bonvoy Card. I call to ask why and was told as a Titanium Elite she would cancel it but I should of called to have them cancel.. Question is this rate able to be canceled like it says on the website? Was there just a mistake?
I aslo have been told it can take up to a month for the bank to credit me.
