Room type changed on reservation without my action or consent.

I have a reservation this August for Orlando.  I had a room with Queen Queen to accommodate my family.  I am just checking over the reservations and now they have me in a King room which will not work.  Does anyone else have experience where room types are changing prior to you stay without them asking?  I have the reservation confirmation email that indicated 2 queens.  A room with one King is not going to work.  What the heck. Any suggestions as to what I should do?
