Help with RewardsPlus

When Marriott switched to Bonvoy, I lost my RewardsPlus status with United Airlines. Since February, I have tried to re-enroll on the website at least four times. One time said I was already enrolled. Every other time gave a server error. I've called at least seven times and been told it will be fixed but nothing happens. Is there a way to get to someone higher-up who can actually fix this?
