How do I apply for guest compensation?

I was not given a breakfast option during a week-long stay at the Marriott Colorado Springs (the lounge closed on Saturday).  I contacted the manager via email, and she apologized for the oversight, offering to put 5000 points on my account as a goodwill gesture.  I waited several weeks... but she never did.


During this time I found the rules about $100 guest compensation if breakfast isn't offered, and I seem to hit every point in what I read.  So I emailed the manager back, asking about the points, and pointing out the $100 compensation, and she never responded.  I emailed again a couple weeks later, and still no response.


So what do I do now?  Do I keep emailing, hoping for a response?  Is there some sort of automated request through the website?  I probably would have been happy with the 5000 points originally, but now I'm kinda upset...
