Horrible Marriott Service

I recently stayed in a Westin hotel without A/C for the night.

 

I called the 800# to complain and was promised a call back within 3-5 days.  Nothing.

 

I sent an email.  Nothing

 

I sent another email.  Nothing

 

And I sent another.  Nothing.

 

Is Marriott service really that bad?  I've about had it.
