Well I reckon Bonvoy is the best program by design, benefits, value and reach of hotels, alas the near yearlong IT and customer service Torture-fest meant I couldn’t vote in its favour. I keep hoping we will move to the sunny uplands of steady and reliable IT and customer service and to be fair, things are improving but it’s still patchy at times. I guess we can say “Getting better” - hey isn’t that RyanAirs strap-line?

The suspicion is that since MR has 100 Million or so members, even if a fraction of the people who read the emails from M to vote, actually do, that is a whole lot of MR votes.
exactly... that's the way how they win...I think with the merger I heard they had over 250mil customers, which would make sense if only a small % voted it would make it # 1.
Actually, Bonvoy has, more accurately, 120-125 million members
