Points deducted 2X - No response after 4 months

Lat year I reserved 2 rooms at Atlantis in Bahamas and had 280,000 points deducted from my account which is the correct point total - I am a lifetime Platinum Premier - then 2 days before departure an additional 280,000 points were deducted.

Despite my status and 1867 nights stayed I cannot get a response from customer service and would like to know has anyone here experienced anything similar and how did you resolve it.

The systems changes does not allow me to go back to the original reservation as it is longer than 6 months.


What has happened to Marriott customer service - any advice on how to resolve this
