Hi,I'm looking for advice about this issue:

I've booked the Westin New Orlean Canal room for my colleague from 23-Mar-2019 to 26-Mar-2019 with my credit card through Booking. And Westin charged my credit card at 8-Mar-2019 and 24-Mar-2019 TWICE (directly charged by WESTIN). So far i haven't get the refund yet.

I've calling Westin several times, at first they told me the refund will be done within 7 working days, and I've waiting twoo weeks and get nothing. And next time when I try to call again, they always put me on hold.

I've contact with Marriot custom service through email and no feedback so far.

Does anyone could give some advice about what should I do next?
