I've noticed that suite night award request buttons are absent when discounted prepaid nights are purchased, but are present when regular member rates are chosen.
I have not noticed and I have been using SNA s for many years for all kinds of stays. They have always been requested with any type of booking. This, however, could be another dumbing down of the programme!
I noticed this too- is this new? A glitch?
So apparently this glitch has been around for several months now and Marriott has done nothing to stop it except block the workarounds. They won't even acknowledge that it exists and the phone reps are just as useless. How are we able to use the benefits accrued to the program's most loyal customers?
